Marco Ceruti
Senior Associate
Marco Ceruti provides assistance and consultancy on all issues relating to administrative law, in particular regional and local authorities, public contracts and public procedures, urban planning and construction, environment, national and supranational public law, parliamentary institutions and political doctrines.
He graduated with honors in law with a thesis in administrative law and obtained a PhD in “History and Doctrine of Institutions” at the Insubria University, Como campus. He collaborates with the Observatory on Public Procurement Law of the University of Trento as a member of the editorial board. He has published several articles in national and international journals, teaching in various training courses.
Member of the Como Bar Association, he joined LegisLAB in 2025 after working in leading law firms.
