Matteo graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in July 2021.
Following his law practice at another law firm in Milan and, subsequently, an in-house experience, he started working with LegisLAB in January 2025, working alongside the lawyers of the corporate law team. The team deals with contracts, extraordinary operations (M&A), corporate governance and corporate litigation.
