Serena Schiavone

Serena graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in March 2022.
Following her early legal practice and work experience at another law firm in Rome, she started working with LegisLAB in March 2024, supporting the lawyers of the corporate law team. The team deals with extraordinary operations (M&A), corporate governance, start-up and venture capital, corporate litigation and company internationalization.
